Pay slip for consultants

Hi,

We are directly employed for a US based company and the salary that needs to be paid to employees monthly, comes into my bank account and I pay off the salary to the employees. Only TDS is deducted from the salary that we give them.

The employees now want a salary slip. Can any one please help me on this ? What would the heads/ breakup be?
