Password forgot

Use the Forgot password and follow the process.

in the meantime you log-in to your net banking and from there use e-filing button. That provides log-in to eFiling site.

Go with forgot password you will be sent an adhaar OTP and password can be reset there

my aadhar card not link with number and I don't have internet connection and DSC..

it's advisable to link mobile number in your aadhar card. It's useful at number of places including the current issue of password forgot

Options of change of password through new Mobile No. and E mail ID, which is previously available at income tax site is not available now
You can use other options to change your password like
1. Answer secret questions,
2. Upload DSC,
3. Using e-filing OTP,
4. Using aadhar OTP

Using aadhar OTP is easiest way to change password, if you have registered mobile number with aadhar
if Your aadhar and PAN is not linked than you can link then at incometaxefiling website
