Pan tan generation for spice form

Hi everyone.. 

Have been stuck on this and any help will be a relief. 

I have uploaded the SPICe forms for two companies in INC 32, fees are paid for both stamp duty and the Forms. When I try to generate PAN/ TAN in the MCA services section with the SRN it says "PAN/ TAN being generated. Please try after 5 mins". There is no progress on this and its been two days..

I have raised a ticket but no response yet. Any solutions to this will be helpful. Please help.
