its reqirements are id proof & school leaving certificate.

it can be used as id proof.

If you are asking about registration of PAN to view 26AS then here is free of coast method.....

Visit incometaxindia.gov.in web site then got to file Income Tax return online TAB.

In this TAB you can register your PAN free of coast and very easly.

It will enable you to view your 26AS statement and e-filing of ITRs.
