As per notification no. 93/2015, PAN quoting is required for every sale and purchase above 2 lacs.
My query is, when the purchaser party is registerd dealers under VAT & CST, Does the seller need to fulfill PAN quoting requirement in this case.

yes, sale of goods exceeding 200000 it is mandatory to quote pan there is no excemption given to registered vat/cst dealers
