You can file the returns quoting the PAN and the correct ward..

Apply for a correction pan and quote the proper address.

Apply for a change of jurisdiction with the correct ITO after you get the PAN.

Hi Vinay,

Your client needs to submit Form 49A mentioning his/her PAN detail and new mailing address. Your client must enclosed identity proof (again) and new address proof along with filled Form 49A using black pen. His address will be updated in PAN card and then you use his/her new address while filling ITR.

Mr. sanjay garg is rite... bcs ur client has not received pan card na? so even if u search from site, u can apply for correction of pan...

track the application of utisl/nsdl only, it may happen that similer name person u r tracking at diff state, or he has submitted proof of address at diff place. 

however after confirming your old pan details only file the return, otherwise u can apply a fresh, and cancel the old one.
