Pan of person in verification section invalid

Dear Sir,

the error message must be in regards to the person who is signing the ITR of the trust.... i.e. his trustee/secretary or any one authorized to sign such ITR... there is nothing to do this error with business income... in verification page, where name of person, PAN of person who is signing it, his father's name etc. come..... check that page... and correct the PAN of that person.. i think you are putting same values i.e. PAN of trust at that place also.. kindly verify that..

Totally agreed with CA Lovely Aroraji.

We know that IT Return of Individual is signed by the individual itself but in case of HUF,the return is signed by Karta and so on.

In case of trust,return will be signed by Trustee/Secretary and not trust itself.So in verification section you have to mention the same like Name,Father's Name and PAN etc of person signing the return and the same should be updated at the Income tax site.
