I am facing this issue for the last 10days while incorporating Private Company. All forms are pre scrutinized successfully but after uploading error is showing as "Authorised Signatory PAN Number entered is not a valid PAN" .Even I associated DSC as Authorised representative in MCA portal. The proposed director is not having any DIN till now. Also applying DIN through this spice form..When I raised ticket with MCA got an email reply stating that DIN associated with PAN is Disabled. Kindly tell me solution for this error. I took DSC based on Aadhar. Little mismatch is there between Adhaar & PAN. But I associated that DSC in MCA. Is it the problem.. should i issue DSC based on PAN ?
