Yes. you can application for correction through Form 49A

I guess a fresh application with the supporting documents before her marriage will be an easy task, rather than changing the PAN card data with surname after marriage. In this case there will be two PAN cards with different numbers -- one before and another marriage surname.

I have done it that way for my wife.
