We are in the process of applying for a PAN card for our private limited firm. I am slightly confused with the options given online on the "https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/" website. We have been asked to provide the below given information

the closest we can find is

Is this the correct option or am I wrong.

And for the Incorporation certificate we have the email copy which doesn’t bear the stamp and signature of the Deputy Registrar of Companies. We still haven’t received a copy attested by the ROC due to issues with the courier company. Will this do, or is the attestation from ROC Mandatory in the Incorporation certificate when applying for PAN?
