CAN A TWO YEAR OLD BOY APPLY FOR PAN?

IF YES, WHO WILL SIGN THE FORM AND WHAT ABOUT PHOTO?

There will be no photo for such assessees

I think the parent shall sign on behalf of the minor.

Hi, For a two year old child, parent/legal guardian will sign the application form.. And shall fill up the details in "REPRESENTATIVE ASSESSEE" column.. For this you have to submit your proof. And in place if photograph they would have printed "MINOR" and after that child attains majority then he can apply for duplicate pan card which will have his photo. Now you need not give any photo..
