owner of a ultrasound clinic should be assessed as professional or businesses man
my client as described above is only purchased a ultrasound machine and just managed the clinic however he hired a doctor and a technician and running the clinic .my question is whether he. should be assessed under 44Ad or 44ada .

He should be assessed under section 44ad but technician or doctor should be under 44ada
Section 44AD not accepted by CPC in this case, you will get defective notice.
