If You have take warehouse on rent

Than you deduct TDS @ 10 % under 194I

Under Warehouse rent bill include gst amount

Than you claim ITC

agar wharehouse jo rent par hai agar 2 persons k name par registered hai to aap TDS nhi cut kroge....otherswise 10% Tds deducte hoga
