1. When we are giving reimbursement of OPD and Health Checkup Expense to our Corporate Employee,when client go to hospital and due to some reason hospital not allow them to take cashless service in that case we request them to take service and pay for that and we reimburse that amount to them hence we want to know in that case we need to pay gst under RCM or not?
2. When we issue health Cards with benefits of OPD and Preventive health Checkup to Customer thru our empaneled Hospital & diagnostics center and charging GST on that, in that situation we need to charge GST on that and we are putting a line on Invoice that Expense is exempt u/s 80D of Income Tax Act 1961. We are attaching a sample invoice for your references, Kindly tell us whether Preventive health checkup and OPD services is cover under GST on medhealth card given by us and invoice given by us is eligible for claiming exemption u/s 80D.
Example- ABC Pvt Ltd provided Health checkup services to XYZ Ltd. employees thru his empannel Hospital network. some time the hospital can not provide the services to XYZ Pvt Ltd employee. this time ABC pvt ltd reimburse the health checkup cost to Employee. KIndly advice us, Is ABC pvt Ltd lible to pay RCM-GST on reimbursement of Health checkup services? if yes suggest the rate.
