One can file RTI against the icai asking FOR COPIES OF ALL BOARD MEETINGS OF COUNCIL OF MEMBERS OF ICAI BETWEEN NOV 2008 TO APRIL 2009.This will expose the ICAI in matters not only of transfer ban but also of satyam.
