On site interstate sale from other state in case of normal dealer.
suppose I am a normal registered person registered in state X and I am purchasing goods from state Y and want to sale directly from state Y to state Z without taking the goods in state X i.e. my registered place of business, in that situation how the sale invoice can be issued, can we send the truck with duplicate copy of invoice and directly sending the original invoice to the buyer by post?

I would suggest you to ask your supplier in state y to make an invoice BILLED TO you(state x) and shipped to state z. you can give duplicate copy of this invoice to transport..
and then you have to raise another invoice billed to state z..
