I dont have any excel format but I can show you journal entry of the said transaction
for example books value of car is rs 5 lacs ,sold at 4 lacs
depreciation amount for the period is 20000
1) depreciation a/c dr 20000
car a/c cr 20000
2) bank ac dr 4 lacs
loss on sale of assets dr 80k
car ac cr 4.80 lacs
