my company is recently started, my company is purchased tally erp 9 software, furniture, computers and electrical items purchase, in the items take in put gst or not, please clarified.

You may take ITC on TallyErp9 software.
Other items depends on your nature of business.
If those are considered as assets in your business , you can claim. only 50% ITC under capital goods

last month aug -2020 my company all sales 1042721, in the amount IGST: 175963, CGST: 5864 and SGST: 5864
But My question is amount refund
Please clarified above problem
