To carry on business to manufacture, buy, sell, distribute, import, export, market and deal in washing powder , washing soap, washing liquids, bath soap, cosmetic item, shampoo and like FMCG products.

To carry on the business of manufacturers, producers, processors, agents, distributers, consignors, jobbers, brokers and otherwise deal in acids, alkalies, organic and inorganic chemicals, compound, solvent, cyrogenics, food addictives, dyes, inks, paints, intermediate of any chemical, cosmetics, detergents, soaps, compressed coal, gases, petr-chemicals, plastic, surface coating, chemicals, adhesives, fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides, rubber sanitary chemicals, explosives, ceramic, man-made fibres, fuel, industrial and all kinds, classes, charter and property of organic chemicals and compound which has been developed or which may be invented in future as a result of any research and studies made in any part of the world.

1. To manufacture, process, pack, repack, buy, sell, import, export or otherwise deal in all kinds of soaps such as bathing soap, soap strips, perfumed or non-perfumed soaps, glycerine soaps, in any form whether liquid or cake, detergent powders, washing powders, cakes, liquids, shampoos, conditioner, non-soapy washing creams, baby soaps, medical or clinical soaps and all kinds and varieties of soaps and detergents and all types of raw material used in it, detergents, toiletries and cosmetics and to do the business of refining, preparing, buying, selling, importing, exporting or otherwise dealing in all kinds of oils, margarine, soda, caustic soda, soda ash, fats, perfumes and laundry materials and other substances and ingredients required for the manufacture of aforesaid products.

2. To carry on the business as manufacturers, buyers, sellers, suppliers, traders, merchants, importers, exporters, brokers, agents, assemblers, packers, stockists, distributors, and dealers of all varieties of detergents and soaps, medicated soaps, detergents, surfactants, housekeeping items, cleaning items, by-products and allied products of soaps, detergents, essential oils, perfumes and flavours and the like.

3. To act as consultants, technical advisors and specialist in the manufacture of detergents, soaps, cosmetics and allied products.
