NSDL CDSL_listing related doubts

Dear Members,

Under preferential allotment to NRI there are three major regultaries where we hav to do the compliances under SEBi i.e Stock Exchanges, RBI and the Depositeries.... Under Stcok EXCHAnge, listing application and RBI compliances i have understood..

Now wat to be done with NSDl/CDSL after the allotment of shares to the NRI its time line n all ...or whre will i get the guidelines relating to it...

Please guide me
