Can somebody give clarification for the above query? I am also gng through one similer case...

Yes NRI can become trustee of an Indian trust ,there is no bar on the same.

However while registering for receiving foreign donation under FCRA, there can be some issues.

what does sec. 60 mean ,about a person domiciled abroad, not allowed to be a trustee? is it applicable if its a charitable trust with beneficiary as public??'

Thanks in advance !

Sir what if a person already has a FCRA registration and now he wants a NRI to become a trustee in his orgsnisation?
