To be frank, if you havent touched the subject even once, it is very very difficult to clear, but since you have filled the form devote every single minute of your time into studies. Funny things have happened in  CA exams, who knows , you may clear the exam

Ideally, one month may not be enough if you have to start from the very beginning.

Instead, you could devote all your time to one particular subject like say Law….and try to get an exemption in that subject, instead of doing all the subjects and not being able to do justice to any of them
