notice u/s 250

This is not a reply but a question. 

If an appeal filed under section 246A is not decided or heard within two years from the end of FY of filing the appeal, what is the status of the appeal. This is in the context of - Section 250 (6A) has recommended one year from the end of FY of filing the appeal. (My appeal was filed in May 2023.) 

At some point in time, will the appeal stands allowed by default?
