Notice of proof of delivery
Dear Respected Fellows, As per SS it is mandatory to maintain Proof of delivery of Notice my query is that as before my joining in the company no one sent the notice for any meeting i.e AGM EGM BM as it is mandatory to maintain proof of delivery, My query is that how to maintain it because my auditor want to see it at earliest, please guide me i dont want to face any trouble because i just joined this organisation and no one is here who can understand my work, please throw some light. Thank You

If you want to show Proof delivery with back date, there is only one option.
Take signatures of all persons on the copies of all such documents (e.g. notice, minutes etc) acknowleding the receipt of notice by hand delivery. This way can be convenient only when you have fewer people.
