Dear sir mere client ka notice non filing itr ko lekar aaya h unki bank statement m 430000 ki cash transaction h jisme 305000 unhone apne 4 friend se cash loan liye tha aur apne account me deposit karke 2 month baad cash nikal liya ab compliance me kya jawab dakhil kare aur iska kaise solution hoga kya unko tax pay karna hoga ?

you can say that the income of assessee is less than 200000 thats why assessee has not filed a return
if they further asked explanation of transaction made through bank than you can explain to A.O and prove genuiness of transaction
