Notice of adjourned meeting

if we are go through the section 174 of companies act 2013, adjourned meeting is a part of main board meeting and meeting should be adjourned to next week and help on same day & same place , if the day is not a national holiday.
so notice for the adjourned meeting is not required to send .
For sending a notice of board meeting atleast 7 clear days required but act says adjourned meeting should be help on next week at same day and place.
