Not recieved marklist yet(may 2012)

Hi,

 

I cleared my CA final exam on MAy 2012. But I still have not recieved my marklist yet. Seems everyone else has got it. What should I do ? who should i contact? I was thinking about writing a letter but  dont know who to address it to. Please help out if you can .
