Not getting articleship after transfer

Hi ,

There was an announcement dated 19 / 05 / 2009 which stated as follows :
On termination the articled assistant shall join articles training in and around the place of posting of his or her parents and shall not re-register articles in the same city or within 50 kms radius of the city where he or she has undergone articles prior to such termination.

Now by this it is not possible , however check it up with the institute for any change in this rule..

according to me its not allowed but u can rejoin in any other city except ur old city where articleship was done..

You can call a couple of regional offices and confirm the same.
