They requires proof of additional place of business
I am uploading the same but not able to submit the application as it the "sign with evc" tab is not sending otp to my number and the option of sign with dsc is also not enabled

What to do now??

I have tried alot also raised complaint but got the resolution that the it is properly working no issues with the website.
But I am not able to file the same
Please check the email or phone no registered for EVC, else clear the chache file and also try with different browser. I hope it may help you.
Open your amendment form 'From My Saved Form' tab then proceed further ..

Dear yash. Please follow this.
Install emsigner and java applications for proper functioning of DSC. Enable java settings in the browser.
Secondly if your not receiving otp from your mobile, check the registered mail id. In that otp will be there in the inbox.

Try this and please inform whether your query is solved or not. Or
I can help you by using remote access if you are willing so.
