I had completed my articleship and got registered for CA Final.While submission of form 103 i had filled the other course column as ICWAI which I got registered in 2009 but didn't write even a single exam during my articles period and later also .Whether I have to submit form 112?. Please let me know.

yes you have to submit form 112 ,since you are registered for the other course also.
why would you submit 112 now since you have already completed your articleship. Just a personal suggestion. You may take a call. Also once your articleship is completed and you have your completion letter in hand then institute won't ever bother you again.
