Is it mandatory to attach NoC from the owner in Form INC 22 if I have already attached the lease deed with them along with recent invoices? Its an existing Company and its registered office needs to be updated within the local limits only.

NOC from the owner permitting to use the building as registered office of the company is required to be uploaded along with form inc-22
There is no need to attach a NOC from owner if Lease or Leave & License Agreement is entered into between such Owner and the Company,
