no sale only gst purchase

i m gst registered trader.
i purchased gst goods from another state.
i had no sale yet.
do i have to file gstr 3b?

Yes, you have to file unless you are registered in composition scheme.

i have no sale records in gst regime.

filing is compulsory even if no sales made!

Fill the exempt purchases and itc on the taxable purchases.

@ Mohammed.,
If you don't have sales then you ll be enter your purchased tax details in ITC section. All other fill just zeros.....
