No jobs for freshers

Originally posted by : Karthik I

Dear Friends,

We r all professionals. dont think like a MBA's who r all always need others help to sign in their life. create employment by starting practice. hardly i will be very difficult to sign in the market for few years but there is a scope for getting more assignments in future. lots of  practicing Chartered Accountants r aged people only. New comers r not willing to take practice as of now. So please take it serious and start a new firms. Please think that lots of Foriegn Firms came India and well developed their Offices in India. If they have the ability to create a well named firms like Big Four means why we dont have the ability. Think Positive and Dont say we r unemployed and dont give preasure to the Institute President. What he will do for ur Unemployment. Think Positive and Start ur life colourful.

NOT AT ALL AGREE WITH KARTHIK I, Why dont have any problem to our president for being unemployment of the fresher ca's?You are saying because you are not at a position where these fresher are today that after putting so much of hardwork they still dont have a job today. This all had been happened due to the high percentage of may 2011 exams.

Strange that CA's are unemployed. I would request you to mail president regarding the difficulties faced by the freshers. I m telling this because president in the recently concluded National convention in chennai has told that no CA's are unemployed in India. and he said that there is huge demand of CA's in International Markets.

Dear Friend,

Your are correct that, many of the CA freshers facing the unemployment problem, even they can not start their own practice due to req. of many things like clients, capital, office, infrastructure etc..........

,As well as CS freshers are also facing the same problem.

The solution of above may be,

1) To make strict appt.(statutory)  of CA & CS in the Companies.

2) To open various Sectors for employment/ practice.

3) Manage passing percentage.

4) There should be minimum salary criteria, no one should work below that.

There may be other reasons too.

Thanks,

Sandip Rahane

Sadly all this is true.....the CA Firms have lot of work pressures but the salary is not in that proportion while the companies do not take freshers. Every co requires a min experience of 2 years. I am getting all the more tensed with the fact that within a month a fresh lot of new CA's will again emerge and the job opportunities will drop even more !!! Really cant understand what to do?????
