My assessee has less than ten goods carriage. Then wat ate procedure for non deduction of tds. Any form slecified for this

Hi Ms. Gupta

Regarding your query please note you have to furnish a declaration that you do not have goods carrier vehicle lesa than 10 nos. and also you need to furnish your pan card along with the declaration.

For Declaration format you can take Google's help

need to give declaration with PAN copy to all company for non-deducting TDS
