After filing for new registration with Aadhar Authentication, state officer took 10 days to demand additional documents, no reason for dissatisfaction provided. We filed the additional documents on 24th August, now after 10 days (7 working days), he personally called the business owner to visit the office (Which he cannot do as per my knowledge). Officer failed to take any action within prescribed time limit, but no automatic provisional GST No. allotted.
What can be done in this situation?
GST Helpline people said meet the officer and solve the matter, if it has to be done then what's the purpose of 7 days time line?
