No changes in the syllabus |

Business Laws, Ethics and Communication |
Partial applicability of Companies Act, 2013 |

Cost Accounting and Financial Management |
No changes in the syllabus |

Taxation |
ST & VAT syllabus has been revised and renamed as Indirect Taxes. |

Advanced Accounting |
No changes in the syllabus. There will be some minor updates regarding CRR and SLR rates in the banking chapter. |

Auditing and Assurance |
No changes in the syllabus |
|
Information Technology and Strategic Management |
IT syllabus has been revised. New topics have been added. No change in SM. |

Apart from the above, refer to the RTPs for Nov’14 exams as and when released for further amendments, if any.

The notification regarding changes in the syllabus of Accounting, Law, Adv. Accounting and Auditing due to Companies Act, 2013 will be applicable from May’15 exam and onwards. (View ICAI Announcement)

according to this latest announcement, notified sections of companies act 2013 will be applicable for May'15 exams.
