just make a very precise list of all the formulas of costing....   see the module of costing (only illustrations)....        i think they will help 

For cost u can also solve the questions of last 5 yrs..........

devote a lot of time on concepts first before going to practicals

then do solve a lot of problems

do watch them first 

and try to write the new concept in a separate registers of each question

now next time instead of auditing the question 

solve it by hand 

Before Planning:

First of all, do  believe that you have got enough time to clear PCC in coming May.

The attempts in past in which you were not able to clear…think it as an Investment.

You are surely going to get benefited from those attempts. This self belief would give you immense Motivation & Confidence must needed for the Studies.

While Planning:

Make weekly Plans. Give importance to Quality studies rather than its Quantity. There is not point in getting over ambitious. Change the Strategy which have not worked for you in past.

Execution:

For theory subjects, first revise the “work” you have already done for your previous exams. Analysis the mistakes you have committed. On that basis, think what you can add to your revision part. For Costing, again concentrate on Quality i;e “The Concept behind any porblem”. Try to solve just few Problems but it should be solved in depth. Rather than you asked, “How to solve the Problem” ask “Why the Problem should be solved in a particular way”

And Try to study by preparing time schedules in such a manner that all the subjects get covered atleast twice before the examination.

Try to study 3 subjects atmost a day taking atleast 1 practical and 1 theory.

If done for 3 hours a day, a theory subject takes maximum 1 month to complete.

hey mallika i just want to say never give up.....im very happy to see that u have the spirit in u and the desire to do well.....Look for costing....understand the concepts and basics.....u will be able to solve all types of problem then.....by basics i mean......costing mein there r certain rules(golden rules)....that form the basis on which question r formed.....yaar itna difficult nahi hai...truly saying....its just that its not given properly in the study material...so u really need to follow a different book for concepts....Costing mein just apply logic....try to find the reasons...find answer to ur whys?...it will bcom an interesting subject then.
