An individual is receiving income fromt PGBP under 44AD this year.
It is expected that he will be having only income from salary after 2 years.
This AY, new regime sou ds beneficial for the assessee.
In case, if I opt for new regime this year, I can opt out only once.
If after 2 years, old regime is beneficial for One year and the very next year the new regime sounds beneficial, can the assessee again opt in for new regime??

No.
But hoping that the income from PGBP will not be there after two years, you will have option to change it every year then.
If you use Presumptive basis also you can opt for new or old regime whichever is beneficial to you
