Yes,u can get exemption u/s 80C.(max Rs.100000)

ya its eligible for 80 C also u can avail for stamp duty payment on house purchase u/s 80c.
Please note all this is subject to condition:
"you get possession of the property in that Financial Year itself".
ya u have to be in possiosion of that house
