what are things to be done / forms to be filed after new company incorporation ?

New company must look on to following matters:
1. Appointment of auditor within 30 days from date of Incorporation

at end of financial year:
1.ADT-1 (Appointment of Auditor)
2.MGT-7
3.AOC-4
4.BEN
5.DIR-3 KYC for directors
6.Tax filings

some other forms may also be applicable based on turnover of a company. so for detailed explanation please share the nature of company Pvt/ltd/producer ltd , turnover , authorised capital

U need to file INC-20A within 180 days of incorporation. Also, company can not accept any loan or start its business until n unless company file such form. This provision is applicable to companies incorporated on or after 2nd Nov 2018.

Conduct a board meeting within 30 days from the date of the incorporation
Open a bank account of the company and deposit the paid-up capital into the company’s account
After receiving the paid-up capital issue the share certificate in respect of the capital subscribed by the shareholders of the company
Appoint the Auditor of the company within 30 days after the company incorporation
File a form INC-20A within 180 days of its incorporation for the commencement of business to the registrar.
