New charge form after ordinance 2018

As per the Companies Ordinance Act, now all the Charges shall get registered within 30 days of the creation of charge and ROC on application may grant additional time period of 30 days to register the Charge.However ROC may grant the extended time period of further 60 days from the date on which the additional fees is levied. Existing Charge or old charge can be filled within 6 months of passing of ordinance. Ordinance was filed on 2nd November 2018 and the Charge can be filed within 6 months with additional fees i.e maximum by 1st May 2019
