Yes Friend you can get the forms in ICAI website...required forms are 102,103...for study of any additional qualification Form 112 are necessary...All the best

First you have to buy Form-102. It is better to buy the form directly from ICAI office because if you download it from NET u cannot get Identity Card which is a must for registration of articles. Then the form needs to be filled by you. Some of the details to be filled will be provided by the firm in which you choose to undergo articleship training. To which ICAI office it should be sent depends on the location of your Principal (the person under whose name your name will be registered is called your PRINCIPAL).
