Need Help

Hi All,

We are going to start a buffing compound manufacturing business i have the tin number that vat for my product is 4% but the problem is am not going to supply this for big companies which have tin number bt am a starter so i need to supply this for small companies which they dont have any tin number. am ready to pay the 4% tax. Is there any way to supply my goods which the buyr don have any TIN number... anyone pls gimme sum guidance..
