Guys,

I wanted to register a new company name and we received the following objection, let me know if you can deal with it and get it approved:

"Proposed name is nearly resembles the existing company/LLP FURNITURE BAZZAR PRIVATE LIMITED. Hence, it is not
considerable as per the provisions of section 4(2) of the Companies Act-2013. Please add suitable activity and Fill
para no. 13 and Furnish the noc from the existing comapny by way of board resolution, OR re-submit with six
alternative names with different prefixes to avoid rejection."

ROC has already told you all things to help you. If you need the same name get the No objection certificate from the company whose name is to nearly identical with your proposed name or try some other new name after make proper due diligence.
