WE all are reponsible....

our desire day by day inceasing...

city main ye hona chaiye wo hona chaiye..

bhale hi pani niklne ka rasta ho ya nahi ho...

so how much we are taking from earth we are getting back in form such disaster

besic infrastructure is always missing while building the top class infrastructure.....
