True. Fact is one needs to know, that life is not just a bed of roses with mild thorning. Life is indeed a patient adjustments and readjustments, that is itself called the 'Motivation' mechanism, there is nothing readymade life mechanism in any area of work, so adjust and readjust is the greatest motivational mantra.
