My CA's name has been deleted for non payment of Annual membership fees. Will it also cause any problem to me and status of his COP is as under which is only due to nonpayment of membership fees till date.

Not yet problem, until you receive letter from ICAI.......
After payment of annual membership fees it will be continued from the date it was discontinued due to non payment of membership fees.
No need to worry about it.
