More than one PAN Card

Dear Sir,

I have a problem than what happend if a single person having more than one pan card. How can he surrender the remaining two pan card and continue to use his single pan card.

Kindly le me know the procedure how to handle such situation.

submit your pan card as soon as possible writing a letter to department o/wise

penalty of Rs. 10000

Go to any TIN-FC Center nearby you

and fill form no. 49B and mention other no. which you want to surrender.

Yes, It is illegal to have more than one PAN card and the penalty for such offence is Rs.10,000/-.So, surrender the other PAN cards immediately.
