During filing ITR, i have wrongly mentioned the "STATE". Is it possible to correct it now ?

yes u can revised... ur ITR on the f ur acknowledment no of original ITR
revise the return and it can be done before 31st March 2020 if related to ay 2019-20
It will not hamper processing of your ITR. As CPC correspondences are all by emails and SMSes.
