Can a minor constituent who has PAN can submit F15G for tax exemption on bank term deposit interest? If PAN of his/her guardian furnished whether guardian can file return for refund of already deducted tax provided his total income(including minors interest income) doesn't cross tax ceiling limit.. Kindly advise.
